Wines of the San Juan
Located in the rugged canyon country of the Four Corners area of northwestern New Mexico, Wines of the San Juan is east of Bloomfield on Hwy 64 (11 miles) to Hwy 511, then 2.3 miles NE to the winery. A land rich in history, towering bluffs along the valley beckoned fearless explorers to tread lightly and carry water. The San Juan River is a world-class tailwater fishery flowing from the depths of the cold mountain waters of Navajo Lake, providing a year-round unequaled trophy trout habitat.
Off the beaten path, 10 miles below Navajo Dam, an adventure in wine tasting awaits you in a rustic bosque hideaway when visiting Wines of the San Juan. Summer Music on Sundays is presented June through September 4pm-7pm with live music in the courtyard. "Ducks for Bucks" is the first Saturday in June, and the annual "Harvest Festival & Great Grape Stomp" is the last full weekend of September.
Tasting room hours are Monday through Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, and Sunday noon to 6 pm. Come visit, explore the territory, and taste the mighty grape of New Mexico.
