Guadalupe Vineyards

Northwest regionLocated 20 miles from Grants, New Mexico, in San Fidel and first planted in the spring 2000, Guadalupe Vineyards has now grown into a small boutique winery featuring three fine premium wines—Riesling, Gewurztraminer and the delightful dessert wine, Muscat.

Our wines are the offspring from close relationships with the land, water, terroir, family, friends, love and commitment. The 2,000 vines of hardy vinifera grapes are perfectly suited to our high altitude of 6,400 feet of desert plateau and fed by the natural mountain springs of Mount Taylor. The vineyards thrive beneath a hot desert sun of day and cool summer nights which help create a nice acidity while keeping our wines crisp and clean.

And finally, we at Guadalupe Vineyards realize that we are only a small part of a dynamic eco-system surrounding us here on the land. We have been blessed to share a close relationship with wildlife such as coyotes, bobcats, mountain lions, bear, elk, quail, roadrunners, raptors and a myriad of small creatures who help make this the remarkable and exquisite place it truly is.
